PointsYeah vs MilesZone: date windows, alerts and plans compared
Checked on October 7, 2026 on PointsYeah's own pages by the MilesZone team. Sources
If you are looking for a PointsYeah alternative, this page decides one thing: which tool shows you the dates that work without searching them a few days at a time. PointsYeah vs MilesZone comes down to a live award search against a whole calendar. PointsYeah searches live in a narrow window; MilesZone lays out the next 60 days of a route at once, and an alert watches a whole date window instead of a single day.
- 60 days of free search in one calendar, against 4 days per award search on PointsYeah's free plan and 8 on Premium.
- One MilesZone alert covers a route over a whole date window, up to 25 routes. A PointsYeah alert counts as 1 day.
- MilesZone alerts re-check the seat with the programme before emailing.
Is PointsYeah worth it?
PointsYeah's free plan is generous: unlimited live searches across 20+ programmes, 4 days at a time, and 4 flight alerts. Premium, $119.95 a year on October 7, 2026, is worth it if you search often with flexible dates: 8 days per search, two airports at each end, up to 32 flight alerts and hotel alerts.
Two limits shape the verdict. An alert counts as one day, so watching a week uses several of them, and even an 8-day slice means many searches to cover a month of departures.
MilesZone shows a whole route calendar at once, each programme's miles and cash fees side by side, free for departures in the next 60 days; Pro adds route alerts over a whole date window and 12 months of dates. Search a route to compare.

Where MilesZone differs from PointsYeah
Four differences, from the date window to the way alerts are counted, each checked against PointsYeah's membership guide and FAQ on October 7, 2026.
60 days in one search, not 4
PointsYeah's free live search covers up to 4 days at a time, and Premium widens that to 8. To see a month of dates on one route, you run the search again and again, moving the window each time. Its Daydream Explorer map spans 365 days, but its own FAQ says Explorer data is not real time.
MilesZone shows the next 60 days of a route in one calendar, free with an account, with no daily cap. Every date with a seat sits on one screen, from Flying Blue to Atmos Rewards, with miles and cash fees side by side.

One alert is one route over a window
PointsYeah's membership guide says each flight alert counts as 1 day. The free plan allows 4 and Premium 32. Watching every day of a month on one route would use about 30 of them, close to the whole Premium allowance on a single trip.
A MilesZone alert covers a route over a whole date window, with the most miles and cash you will pay. Pro holds up to 25 of them, so 25 trips, not 25 days.

Alerts that re-check the seat
PointsYeah's FAQ says alerts notify you when something changes.
Say a Flying Blue seat out of Los Angeles turns up: the MilesZone alert checks it with Flying Blue once more before emailing, and sends nothing if it has gone. The alert then keeps running, at most four emails a day, and repeats a date only when it is cheaper or a week later.
Try Pro for 7 days
PointsYeah's free plan lets you try live search, 4 days at a time with 4 alerts. The 8-day window and 32 alerts are on Premium, and we did not see a trial of Premium in its membership guide.
MilesZone Pro gives you 7 days, free, to run the alerts, the 12-month horizon and the seat re-check on your own LAX or CDG trips. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

Every programme we read, on one page.
Search a route and see each programme's miles with the cash on top, for every date in the window.
PointsYeah free vs paid: plans and prices
- Free
- Unlimited live searches, 4 days each
- Paid
- $119.95/yr (shown as $10/mo)
- Alerts
- 4 free, 32 Premium; 1 alert = 1 day
PointsYeah Premium costs $119.95 a year, shown as $10 a month on its membership guide on October 7, 2026. Premium adds 8-day searches, up to 32 flight alerts and 30 hotel alerts, live seat maps and a family points wallet. The PointsYeah free plan keeps unlimited live searches, 4 days at a time.
Against PointsYeah's 4-day slices, MilesZone award search is free for departures in the next 60 days once you have an account, no card asked. Pro sells at $17 a month or $127 a year, one feature set on either cadence, after a 7-day free trial: 25 window alerts, a year of dates and a seat re-check before any transfer.
PointsYeah promo code and discounts
PointsYeah's own membership guide and FAQ show no promo code (checked October 12, 2026). Its FAQ says a plan can be switched between monthly and annual billing; the annual plan was $119.95 a year, shown as $10 a month, when we read its membership guide on October 7, 2026.
Partner codes for PointsYeah appear on points blogs from time to time. They are set by those publishers and expire, so we do not list them; check the price at checkout before you pay.
MilesZone has no code to find: award search is free for departures in the next 60 days, and Pro, at $17 a month or $127 a year, starts with a 7-day free trial.
