Terms of Service

Last updated September 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of MilesZone. Searching is free forever. Alerts are the paid part. What follows is what that means in writing, including the things we do not promise.

1Who we are, and accepting these terms

MilesZone ("we", "us") is the miles.zone website and service, operated by GEREZ TECH LABS, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out what we hold about you and why.

Creating an account, starting a trial, or using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use MilesZone.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use MilesZone on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

3What MilesZone does

MilesZone searches award availability across the mileage programs that can book a given flight, and shows what each of them charges in miles and in cash for the same seat. Searching is free, uncapped, and needs no account. Alerts are the paid part: you describe a route, a date window, and the ceilings you will accept, and we watch for a seat that fits and email you when one appears.

We never ask for your mileage program login, and we never will. We only read award seats that are publicly visible. We do not hold miles, sell tickets, or book anything. Every booking happens on the airline or program site, under their rules and at their prices at that moment.

Award space moves constantly, and a seat we found can be gone before you open the email. We may add, change, or remove features, programs, routes, and coverage at any time.

4No affiliation with airlines or programs

MilesZone is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline or loyalty program. Airline and program names, marks, and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the seats and prices we show you.

Nothing on MilesZone creates a relationship between you and an airline. Your membership, your miles, your booking, and any change or cancellation to it are governed by the rules of that program, not by us.

5Your account and sign-in

MilesZone has no passwords. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, or with Google. A sign-in link is valid for 15 minutes and can be used once. A session lasts 30 days unless you sign out.

Anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Write to hello@miles.zone if you think someone else has access to it.

6Alert emails

Alerts are delivered by email. You choose an email for every match or a single digest a day, and you can change that at any time. Every alert email carries links to manage or pause that alert and to unsubscribe from it, plus a List-Unsubscribe header your mail client can act on in one click.

Unsubscribing stops that alert. Transactional email is separate: while your account is open we will still send the sign-in link you asked for and messages about your account or subscription when we need to reach you.

7Plans, trial, and cancellation

Alerts cost $12.99 a month or $99 a year. A 7-day free trial requires a valid card up front. We do not charge you during the trial, and the first charge falls on the day it ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

Both plans include the same alerts and differ only in how often you are billed. Either one watches up to 25 routes at the same time. Pausing or deleting an alert frees a slot straight away. Searching is not counted or capped.

Card details are entered with our payment processor. MilesZone never sees or stores the card number. We hold a reference to the payment method, the card brand, and the last four digits, and nothing more.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your alerts running to the end of the period you have already paid for, as set out in Refunds. When you cancel we ask why, and we may offer you a discount or a different plan to stay. You are free to decline it and finish cancelling. If a charge fails we may pause your alerts until it is settled. If something has gone wrong, write to hello@miles.zone and we will put it right.

8Refunds

Payments are not refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge and your alerts keep running to the end of the period you have already paid for, whether that is a month or a year. Nothing is sent back for the part you do not use.

A free trial cancelled before it ends is never charged, so there is nothing to refund. We email you before the trial converts and before a yearly plan renews, with the date and the amount, so you always have the chance to cancel first.

If we have charged you in error, or something on our side has gone wrong, write to hello@miles.zone from the address on the account and we will put it right.

9Personal use

The Monthly and Yearly plans are for your own award travel and the travel of people you are booking with. They do not cover searching or watching on behalf of paying clients, running MilesZone as part of a service you sell, sharing one account across a team, or republishing what we show.

10Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • Use MilesZone lawfully, and for planning your own travel.
  • Keep to one account, and not share, resell, or hand on access to alerts or the results we send you.
  • Not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or automate the site, and not resell or redistribute the availability and prices we show.
  • Not work around paywalls, plan limits, trial rules, or rate limits, and not open extra accounts to get more free access than a plan allows.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to the account of anyone else.
  • Not use MilesZone to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.

MilesZone shows you information. What you do with it is your decision and your responsibility.

11Intellectual property and your content

We and our licensors own MilesZone: the software, the site, the words on it, and the brand. You keep what you give us, which is your account details and the alerts you define, and you grant us the limited licence we need to run the service for you as described in the Privacy Policy. Airline and program marks remain with their owners.

12Third-party services

MilesZone depends on other companies: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and our hosting and database providers. Booking links take you to airline and program websites, which are not ours. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms may apply to you. What each of them processes is set out in the Privacy Policy.

13Disclaimers

MilesZone is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; that the miles, fees, and availability we show are correct or still current when you go to book; that an alert will find a seat; or that an email will reach you in time to take one. Award inventory belongs to airlines and programs, and they change it without notice. You use MilesZone at your own risk, and every booking decision is yours.

14Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MilesZone and GEREZ TECH LABS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost miles, missed seats, differences in award price, or travel you did or did not book. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event behind the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MilesZone harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or of the rules of an airline or program that apply to you.

16Suspension and termination

You can stop using MilesZone whenever you like, and close your account from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or put the service or other people at risk, and we stop watching your alerts when a subscription ends. Sections that should outlive the agreement, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity, survive it.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, tell you. Continuing to use MilesZone after an update means you accept the revised terms.

18Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
